WORKWISE’s Code of Conduct

At Workwise Services Sdn Bhd, we are committed to conducting business responsibly, ethically, and in compliance with Malaysian law. This Code of Conduct sets out the standards expected of all employees, partners, and representatives.

  • Protect personal and company data in line with Malaysia’s PDPA and applicable international standards
  • Use data only for legitimate, consented purposes.
  • Safeguard confidential information from unauthorized access or disclosure.

4. Business Ethics & Professional Conduct

  • Act honestly, fairly, and responsibly in all interactions.
  • Avoid conflicts of interest and disclose potential risks.
  • Uphold sustainable practices and build trust with stakeholders.
  • All commercial dealings, contracts, and negotiations will be conducted with fairness, transparency, and respect for competition law principles

5. Compliance with Laws & Regulations

  • Follow all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Cooperate with regulators, auditors, and authorities when required.
  • Report any suspected violations promptly.

6. Workplace Behavior & Culture

  • Foster teamwork, respect, and continuous learning.
  • Maintain professionalism in communication and conduct.
  • Ensure a workplace free from harassment or bullying.

7. Reporting & Whistleblowing

  • Use safe channels to report misconduct or unethical behavior.
  • Retaliation against whistleblowers will not be tolerated.
  • All reports will be investigated fairly and confidentially.
